Pat Murray was the PERFECT tech. On time, personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was responsive to our many questions ... which he patiently answered in a very understandable manner. He made numerous suggestions on how to best maintain our system and showed us how to do them. He was methodical in doing an extensive check of our system ... never rushed. Of note is that Frosty is a responsive company focused on customer service and a company that use automated tools to keep you informed.

We went with heating and A/C replacement which was scheduled within a week and included site visit by Frosty’s President. The appointment window was 12-4 and the technician arrived shortly after the noon hour. This was great because it made it easier for me to get my work done for today, and my heating problem was taken care of quickly.

Par, the tech, was friendly, courteous, and even provided some helpful tips about maintenance for my outdoor unit.
