Efficient and timely as always

Tyler is courteous, friendly and efficient. He arrived on time, took off his shoes upon arrival, serviced the indoor unit promptly and looked at the air filter for me. He recommended the filter be replaced. I gave him a new one, which he installed. After inspecting and testing the outdoor unit, Tyler explained to me that a capacitor was nearing the end of its useful life. We talked about whether my wife and I could wait unit the Fall service to replace the capacitor. I decided he should replace it today. Tyler did so in a very few minutes. I appreciate that he brought in the just-removed capacitor and let me test it with an AMP meter. The capacitor was failing. Separately, he identified an issue with the indoor control panel, and fixed it. Tyler was very thorough in his work and courteous throughout. He is a real attribute to Frosty's.

Our central unit shut itself off on Friday night. I appreciate Frosty took care of everything on Monday, and we were lucky to have the mild weather through the weekend. Tyler was the technician. He serviced the unit at the start of summer, and I was happy to see him again. He quickly diagnosed the problem, cleaned the coils, and did our season-change inspection. All great.

Just had a routine maintenance check that I had put off for too long. Tech was extremely efficient and the appointment took about 15 minutes. He also gave me some good tips for things I can do maintenance wise. Would reccomend!

Within 3 hours of calling Frosty’s Pat was at my place. He conducted a detailed inspection and identified the problem as well as giving me several tips. After less than an hour, the AC was fixed. I highly recommend Frosty’s!!!

Pat was great. He felt pretty sure he corrected the problem, and also said service was covered under Frosty's warranty because the installation wasn't quite right. Time will tell if this took care of the problem, but so far, so good.
