Frosty's came to the rescue when our water heater broke on Christmas Day. The staff was available and very responsive. New water heater was installed as soon as possible and Tyler had us up and running in no time. I have since used Frosty's to do routine maintenance on another property - again, the service was excellent and reasonably priced.

Tyler was super helpful and knowledgeable on fixing my tankless gas water heater. He was able to identify the issue the same day. I had previously hired 3 different plumbers who told me they didn’t know how to work a Bosch water heater. Tyler got right to work and figured out the issue and was able to come back the next day with the correct tools. With the help of Andrew, Tyler and Andrew cleaned out my clogged strainer and fixed issues with my PRV that the builder did incorrectly. They were extremely helpful, went the extra mile to help, and make sure everything was working correctly. The next day after that Andrew came and helped me change the settings for the temperature controls something only technicians have access to. They went above and beyond, offered quality service, and are completely trustworthy! If you have hvac issues, water heater problems or any pressure issues these guys are the real deal!!

There has been a decade of improvement in home heating and air conditioning. BUT success depends upon recently training technicians. Frosty's invests in training their technical staff. The results benefits the customer. For example a simple change in refrigerant sharply cut my electric bill. Now it is modifications that sharply reduces virus and bacteria in the air flow. Frosty's is both improving our health and reducing of expenses. What more can I say.

Todd K. of Frosty’s bailed me out of a sticky situation. My AC stopped producing cold air. The company that had installed my HVAC unit less than two years ago sent out a technician who couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but still charged $200 for the call. I then called Frosty’s, who sent Todd, who found evidence of a possible freon leak and suggested that I try calling the installation contractor again for assistance as the unit is still under warranty. I emailed Todd’s findings to that contractor, along with it their own technician’s report, and asked that someone please call me to discuss the matter. No one did. Follow-up calls were not returned. I again called Frosty’s, which responsively sent Todd out to service my unit. I now have working AC. He will follow up in a few weeks. It’s great to work with a technician at a company that stands behind its work. Thank you Todd and Frosty’s!

Called with an A/C problem just as the weather was heating up. The person scheduling was very professional and helpful. She was upfront about the cost to diagnose and got me a 4 hour window that same day. Todd arrived within the window with a 1/2 text to let me know. Within an hour he had the problem diagnosed and a partial fix in place that provided enough cool air to tolerate the heat until the remainder of the problem could be fixed. He was proactive about explaining the issue and answering my many questions as well as the the full costs of the repairs. He even took care of scheduling the follow up himself to finish the repair which was set within 2 days. Anyone who lives in this area knows that level of professionalism is hard to come by in home repair; when you find someone good you take note and stick with them. Frosty’s will now be my first call with any future HVAC issues.
