Couldn't have asked for a better response. My A/C air handler was dripping water into the safety pan. Frosty's had a technician out in less then 24 hours. Luckily it was a simple drain clog that the technician identified within minutes of arriving.

Detail explanation of the problems and detail review of the heating and air conditioning. I did not feel that Pat was rushed and contrary, he spent a lot of time explaining the problem and the different scenarios and options.

Because Frosty does so much business in Fairlington Village, they know the history and idiosyncrasies of the installed HVAC system that others without that experience don't know. Joe came to the house right at the beginning of the appointment window and was very courteous. He did a thorough review of my AC unit and got it up and running in no time. He did acknowledge that it was coming to the end of its life after 27 years and gave me quotes for full replacement. I’ve used Mr Frostys in the past with much success.

I’m overseas and was faced with water cascading from the ceiling of my rental unit. I was able to schedule a plumber and Tyler Murray from Frosty’s to investigate the problem. The plumber arrived first and assured me the water problem was not a plumbing issue and departed. About an hour later Tyler arrived and did all the required system testing, while relaying his findings to me, Tyler stated it was not an HVAC issue. Puzzled, Tyler inspected the bathroom and detected a water leak from the toilet. He immediately relayed the information stating the plumber needs to return. As Tyler stated, the returning plumber confirmed the water leak. Without a doubt, Tyler’s dedication and positive efforts in identifying the water issue possibly saved me thousands in repair actions. The technician, Pat Murray, arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of the HVAC system, replaced air filters, and gave a detailed report of what he had done. Quick. Efficient. Thorough. It is a Five Star Service program.

This was the seasonal check entering into the summer season. Was advised that the surge protector installed 20 years ago has had some reports of failure, and was given the option of disconnecting it without replacing it, or replacing it. I chose to replace it with a new, more current configuration. The price for the part, labor, and convenience was reasonable. The technician, Tyler, was responsive to every question, efficient, cheerful and friendly in every respect.

Frosty’s has replaced my heating/AC unit twice in the 18 years I’ve lived in my home, and I’ve always had great service at a reasonable price. And they perform the maintenance checks twice a year, and I’ve always been pleased with that service as well, including my most recent check that was handled professionally by Tyler.

Our A/C wasn't working and another company canceled our appointment to have it serviced two days in a row in the midst of a heat wave. I called Frosty's and they got someone sent over within an hour. He went over the situation and possible next steps to explore to really fix the issue instead of just a temporary solution that could make things worse down the line. It'll be pricy and isn't a quick fix, unfortunately, but our tech, Tyler, did a great job explaining everything and talking through the situation with us.

Great service call today! The technician was thorough and recommended needed prevention actions to preserve the functionality of the unit. Although the "cost of business" has significantly gone up since my last check, it was best to get the work done as not to prolong any potential leaks in the unit which will make it inefficient in the hottest months of the summer.
