Only reason I put 3 stars on the costis that I hate to pay anything and as a grumpy old man everything is too expensive to me. As for the service quality, as far as I can tell it was great but I have no way to tell. Frostys is the expert and pat represented the company so well that I completely trusted his advice. Give him a raise. Suggestion: on your appt reminder call, include the time. I remembered the day but not the time..if you are going to be diligent and courtesy to remind me....a complete reminder would be better for idiots like me and probably for you as well. As for your guy give him a raise.

The service man Jairo texted when he was on his way, and we appreciated that because he arrived when he said he would. Each step in the inspection was done thoroughly. He told us right away that we needed a new filter, and we agreed because we did not replace it last fall. I'm glad he told us we needed to change the filter. He took the time he needed to look upstairs and outside, and he gave us the complete results. We appreciate the clear explanations your technicians give, and we are confident when he told us that we did not need anything further.
