He did whatever he could to ensure we stayed warm and comfortable while a part was on order for replacement. He was easy to contact and kept close contact while we waited on the part for our HVAC to come in. He even came back by the house at the end of his day to do some additional troubleshooting. His care and attentiveness as a technician was 5-stars. Would definitely recommend.

Paul and Tyler did a great job for the installation of a heat pump system and water heater. They showed up early, prepared and ready to get to work. They had all of the details of the installation at hand including details that had been collected in the pre-inspection previously. They both worked quickly and answered all questions and concerns that I had. They explained the installation to me and then gave me advice on what to do to keep the system running. After they were done, they cleaned up the space and left it in great condition. Overall, the whole installation took approx 5 hrs which I appreciated.

Frosty's Heating and Cooling appointment was a positive experience. Checked out my HVAC system to ensure efficient running, throughout the fall/winter. Technician was professional and experienced. He was, also, highly courteous and informative. I am pleased that the HVAC system is running at max efficiency. Full marks to Frosty's!

On time, on budget, great service

Air conditioner went out. Unit was 10+ years old, so we opted for a new unit. Was able to schedule replacement within a week of system going out. Technician came by one day early to confirm measurements and set a start time of my choice. Day of replacement, the team was here on time and was able to get the entire job done in the time they estimated (1/2 day). System is up and running now with no issues.

I’ve had a service contract with Frosty’s since 2001, and you installed my heater/air conditioner and air scrubber. I have recommended a bunch of folks to you. That being said, the tech you sent was my least favorite in 20 years. He began by explaining that he “does things differently” - a phrase he repeated 3 times in the first few minutes until I explained I’m looking for the SAME service I’ve had for 20 yrs. Todd glibly told me he expected me to give him a good Yelp review and raised the issue of a Yelp review twice. If I gave him a Yelp review I can assure you Frosty’s would not be happy. Todd left a piece of equipment hanging from a vent after he left. I had to pull a ladder and take it down. Then I called Frostys and was told he would be back to pick up the piece of equipment, which I left outside on the stoop. Two days later it is still hanging on my door handle. Not sure where you found Todd but I believe you can do better. Patricia Moynihan

Phil did a very thorough job. He was able to identify the potential issue on his first visit, make a recommendation, for which we agreed to. Upon his return visit, he was able to address the issue. I appreciate the time and thoroughness he gave to our situation.

He helped fix the problem we were having...exactly the way we were hoping...and carefully explained what we experiencing.
