Todd was knowledgeable and thorough in his maintenance check, and punctual — I appreciated him calling to let me know when he would arrive. Even though it looks like I need a new HVAC unit, he shared options in a low-pressure, positive way. I would use his services again and highly recommend him to others!

Todd was very personable, polite and respectful of COVID practices. He was very thorough but also efficient in his winter checkup routine.

Pat was informative and detailed. Only issue with Frosty's is failure to return calls on day of service to find out where in the appointment window we were. Because one of the 2 properties is rental with a tenant, we were unable to inform tenant of ETA within the appointment window. Return customer calls!

Once again, the technicians were great. Although my new unit was not cheap, I think it will save me money in the long run, with better efficiency and reliability.

Patrick was super helpful, took time to explain things, and gave me helpful advice. It was also nice that I got a charge of coolant to tide me over and give me A/C before my replacement unit arrived.

They also are well practiced in social distancing. Each tech explains the situation and their recommendations for service. Happy with the support we've received from Frosty's to date.

Our furnace quit heating. We knew it was a used unit when the previous owner had it installed. Everyone seems to agree its not worth chasing down new or used parts for it. The suggestion is: get what we actually want installed. We agree.
