I have been a Frosty's customer for over 20 years. I continue to use the service because they are professional and get the job done. I have a service contract with them to check my HVAC system in the Spring and Fall. They call and email to remind me of the service. They schedule appointments quickly and perform the service as needed. The staff has always been great, and I would recommend them highly.

I have used other hvac services in the past, but I always feel that my equipment has been thoroughly checked out when they leave. One less thing to worry about!

When they make recommendations about system upgrades, they are sensible things to consider but the reps are never pushy. I’m a picky customer and it’s rare that I do a review. Smart, knowledgeable technician. Totally knows what he is doing! Listens to questions or concerns you have, or things about your heating system you want him to know before he starts his work. Does not try to “upswell.” And friendly to deal with and respectful of your home.

My furnace went out mid-day on a Friday. I agreed to pay for an evening emergency service call. 20 minutes later they called and said that Todd was available and on his way over. He did the diagnostic and only charged the normal daytime rate. Todd was very patient about explaining the situation and what my options were. I couldn't get the replacement done until Monday, so Todd went and got two space heaters to get me through the weekend. No extra charge, and no frozen pipes. The Frosty's crew was there first thing Monday and was very efficient at getting the work done. When it was over, they made sure to walk me through how everything worked and answered all of my questions. Everybody I dealt with from the first phone call to the end was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Frosty's!

We just recently purchased the home knowing the HVAC system was outdated. Within the first two weeks of moving in, homeowners luck struck and the HVAC system needed immediate replacement due to the cold weather. The Mr Frosty Service Tech, came out and immediately knew due to age the system needed replacement. Within 4 days, I had a new install. The Install Techs were On Time, actually early. They cleaned up, wore masks, were professional at every turn and gave me a tour of my new system. Also the quote was right on so no hidden costs or surprises. In our last home it took weeks to get someone out to have a replacement done. I will be a repeat customer!

I called Frosty's this morning after discovering water under and around my furnace. The had a technician out by 10am and he found and addressed the problem (humidifier). They are always prompt and helpful!

Phil was amazing. He was prompt informed on his craft and patient when explaining what was going on. Appreciated the advice provided and the fact that installation of a new heating/ cooling unit was scheduled to meet my concerns.

I’ve used Frosty’s for 25 years. The service this time was just OK. The technician found a problem with a part in the air handler under warranty and tried to up-charge me with a more expensive part not included in the warranty & the fee to install it was almost as expensive as their service agreement. This is the second time the technician found a part that needed to be replaced. The last time was in the outside unit & he up-charged me then, only I was too naive to know it! I have to trust that these parts needed to be replaced.

Todd was very consumer-friendly and communicative, without trying to upsell this customer; instead, providing an honest assessment of our heating/cooling equipment.

I was impressed with how timely Phil showed up and took time to address my questions and concerns to ensure that the recommended HVAC repairs were exactly what I needed, nothing more and nothing less.
