I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the service I received. The technician (Todd) was prompt and professional. He helped fix the problem we were having exactly the way we were hoping and carefully explained what we experiencing. Todd also made certain our whole system was functioning properly by testing beyond the issue we called for. Every customer service interaction should be this pleasant. Todd and Andrew went above and beyond to clean and fix my two ductless mini split units! They arrived on time, were extremely polite, answered all my questions so thoroughly, and left everything pristine. They even scheduled their arrival to work with my baby’s nap time! Todd and Andrew were so kind and even took a look at my roof when the leaking turned out to not be from the unit and recommended a contractor. I will absolutely use Frosty’s for any future mini split issues and for general maintenance and I will definitely request Todd and Andrew specifically!

Had a great experience with Phil, the technician who helped repair my furnace. After 3 visits from another local provider without results, one call to Frosty’s was all it took to diagnose and fix this problem. The money was well spent and I appreciate Phil’s professionality and fixing the issue on the first visit. He also gave me a good idea of my heating equipment and informed me on longevity of it for my home. Very grateful!

Frosty’s came out and installed two split units in my townhouse and did a great job. 2 years later, no issues. They worked quickly and the end products looks great. Price was very competitive and less than the competition. Nice group of people working there as well. Highly recommend them.

The technicians were prompt, and extremely courteous. During the routine maintenance of our furnace, they pointed out a broken piece that holds the filter in place, and gave me the option of ordering the piece and installing myself, which was less expensive than if they did it. They showed me where to order it and how to install it. As is always the case with Frosty’s, I appreciated that they provided me options for best value.

Tyler was here for an early summer inspection/maintenance visit. He was friendly, professional, and highlighted that we were likely to need to replace a capacitor next year, so we could make sure to budget for that. He also noted that our water heater is getting very old (which it absolutely is) and discussed some different options for replacing it. Extremely worthwhile, as always we are happy with Frosty’s!

Highly recommend this company for any type of air-conditioning or heating repair, as well as yearly maintenance. Their Customer Service is always on point, you always speak with somebody on the phone. They call you back when they say they will and are very quick to respond and reliable with their prices. Having used numerous companies having lived in Northern Virginia my entire life, I would never use another company again.

Frosty’s helped us when our HVAC died suddenly two weeks, before we planned to schedule a full replacement. As an 8 month pregnant person in July it was rough to say the least, but the owner got us scheduled as soon as possible during what I understand is the peak of their busy season! Dylan and Tyler were professional and competent installers. We were very pleased with their service and follow-up to make sure everything was handled. Happy customers!

Frosty’s was the most thorough – taking the time to carefully explain all of my options. Their fee was highly competitive and they scheduled the installation for that same week. We’ve had an outstanding experience with Frosty’s since we bought our home a year ago. They came recommended by the previous owners and have provided semi-annual maintenance on our two HVAC systems. We opted to replace one of the systems this year, which was reaching the end of its service life, and Frosty’s provided a range of options to choose from. Scheduling was quick, the team arrived on time, completed the work in a day, was careful to keep the work and transit areas clean and provided instruction on the features of the new unit. We couldn’t be happier and plan to continue to use them!

Freaking amazing!!! Tyler knew his stuff. Was there, assessed the situation, knew where to go on roof and and what to check for. Gave me three options, discussed pros and cons for each and then came up with action plan. He may only be 23 but a very seasoned professional! Highly highly recommend!!!

In fact, the technician, Pat Murray, just left after doing the AC check and installing surge protectors. Pat was efficient, thorough, and very effective. Also, he was a very pleasant fellow! Recently worked with Frosty’s for a complete replacement of my a/c unit. They were on time and communicative. When they arrived, I went to move my car out of the driveway for them, and it wouldn’t start. They jump started my car for me with no issue as well. Also, I appreciate the 10 year warranty on parts on labor they offer. Would recommend!

Frosty and his team in Alexandria, VA is a professional service that has friendly and honest service. We had our heating and AC unit replaced and Frosty himself came out and was quick and thorough to give us a fair estimate. While his company was not the most affordable option from the quotes we received, they were willing to work with us to get us the best options for our budget and needs. I particularly appreciate the honesty of Frosty and his team – I felt like I wasn’t getting “upsold” on anything and they were not pushy and understood my needs (i.e. basic installation).

Scheduling moved quickly and installation was on time, prompt, and they were on schedule as they predicted. James S and Jerry came out and were professional, very friendly, and genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I appreciate the great installation and replacement they did.

Tyler showed up right within the appointment window, and was very polite and professional. He was familiar with my condo building and started right away, checking both the interior and exterior unit (which he was able to find quickly on the roof). When he found the issue, he tried various fixes to see if a quick repair would be enough. Unfortunately, I needed a new unit – but Tyler was great at walking me through the four options they could provide, costing and timing for the replacement. Great service, and they were quick to come out and address my AC issues during the summer months.

I have been very happy with Frosty’s since they installed my HVAC unit a year ago. I have a small garden style condo, and installing the system was no easy feat. James gave me a great quote, and it was significantly cheaper than others in the area, he also offered a 5 year service/maintainance plan at a good price as well. James gave me his number when he came out to provide me an estimate, and he was responsive during weekends/nights to help me work through some trouble shooting issues when it was below freezing and I couldn’t figure out how to set my thermostat. That level of customer service is really exceptional.

I have worked with a few of their technicians and while they are all great, Tyler is extremely helpful and I try and schedule my check ups when he is working. Tyler answers all my questions, and I trust his recommendations and advice. I hope he continues to work at Frosty’s for as long as I have my unit with them!

Really happy with my install and HVAC decision. The owner and his staff took their time to help me understand the different options and worked with me on my budget and financing. The system I ended up with was a great value. The crew was great to work with and kept everything super clean during the install. It’s such a breath of fresh air to deal with people who are genuinely accommodating instead of just trying to make a quick sale.
